Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use bliscent.co.in or buy from Bliscent. Bliscent is run by Stuti Srivastava, E12A02, Tower E, Signature Global Prime, Sector 63A, Kadarpur, Gurugram, Haryana 122101 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Handmade products

Every piece is made by hand after you order. Photos show a real example, but colour, petal shape, size and finish vary slightly from piece to piece; that is not a defect. Sizes given are approximate.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include packaging. Delivery is ₹199 on orders below ₹1,499 and free from ₹1,499; the total is shown before you pay. All orders are paid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not offer cash on delivery. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we send you an order number. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a piece cannot be made, the address cannot be reached, or the order looks fraudulent.

Delivery

Dates are estimates that include making time and courier time; see our shipping policy. Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we can reship it at the delivery charge.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our refund and cancellation policy. In short: free cancellation within 12 hours; no returns for a change of mind because each piece is made to order; damaged items are remade or refunded if you send an unboxing video within 48 hours.

Care and safety

• Wax bouquets are decorative and have no wick. Never light them. Keep them away from direct sun, heaters and hot cars, which can soften the wax.
• Candles and diyas: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable, and burn on a heat-safe surface.
• Follow the care card that comes with your piece.

We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product against these instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
