Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

We ship to most pincodes in India through trusted courier partners. At checkout, enter your pincode and we tell you whether we can reach it and the date it should arrive by. We do not ship outside India yet.

How long it takes

Every piece is made by hand after you order, so delivery has two parts:

• Making: shown on each product page, usually 2 to 7 days depending on the piece.
• Courier: usually 2 to 4 working days to most cities, longer to remote areas.

The "arrives by" date on the product page, in your bag and at checkout already includes both, plus one extra day so the date is one we can keep. Orders placed after 2 pm (India time) start the next working day. We do not make or ship on Sundays.

Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹1,499 or more: free delivery.
• Orders below ₹1,499: ₹199, shown before you pay.

All prices include packaging. There is no cash on delivery; every order is paid online when you place it.

Tracking

When your order leaves our studio we send you the courier tracking link. If you have not received it, write to us with your order number.

Gifts

Gift orders go straight to the person you are sending them to, with your handwritten note inside. If you tick "Don't show prices inside the box", no price or invoice goes in the parcel.

If something goes wrong in transit

Wax and glass travel in rigid boxes with padding. If anything arrives damaged, see our refund policy: we remake it free or refund you.
