Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Bliscent ("we") collects on bliscent.co.in, why, and your choices. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you order: your mobile number, email (optional), the recipient's name, address and phone (optional), your gift note, and what you bought.
• When you sign in to see orders: your mobile number, to send a one-time code.
• When you send a bulk enquiry: your name, number and the details you write.
• Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive a payment reference.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, send you order and delivery updates, answer your questions, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop, and only what each needs:

• Razorpay, to take payment.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver your parcel (recipient name, address and phone).
• Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region), which hosts this website and stores orders.
• WhatsApp (Meta), to send order updates and sign-in codes to your number.
• Cloudflare, which routes email sent to us.

We may also share data where the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. If you sign in to see your orders, one cookie keeps you signed in for up to 90 days on that device.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 8 years). Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except what we must keep by law), and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
